Boilers
CAP's Heating & Cooling also specializes in service and installation of boilers. We service all makes and models, including all gas and oil, water and steam boilers. On new installations, we prefer to use one of three manufacturers, Utica Boilers, New Yorker Boilers, and Weil-McClain Boilers. Over time, these manufaturers have proven to supply the best and most efficient products.

New Yorker Boilers
New Yorker offers a variety of boilers for the residential heating market. We have a complete line of cast iron and steel boilers, some with AFUEs as high as 87.8%. Our boilers are available in gas fired water & steam, and oil-fired water & steam. DOE heating capacities for these boilers range from 31 MBH to 244 MBH. In addition, to combat rising fuel costs, we also offer fuel-saving add-on water boilers that are coal or wood-fired. As with every New Yorker Boiler, these products are manufactured with safety, economy, and serviceability in mind.
